We were present at the American Embassy Health Fair giving the staff a walk through certain health tips and personal training to equip them with skills to save lives and reduce hazard effects at the workplace in critical situations. Some of this training include; thorough handwashing, CPR, Evacuation and First aid. We also gave a fine presentation covering some bad manual work practices like lifting and sitting.
